Expert, professional, personal training services for individuals of all ages, circumstances, and fitness levels.

Your goals and training needs are as unique as you are. Relying on a “one size fits all” training plan can leave you feeling frustrated or stuck when your current abilities, situation, or progression doesn’t match that of the plan. As a fitness professional with over 18 years of experience working with clients both in person and virtually, I can help you with:

  • Improving quality of life through increased strength, cardiovascular fitness, and mobility
  • Sport specific training (improve performance and aid in injury prevention)
  • Post rehabilitation support: strength, mobility, and/or returning to sport after injury or surgery*
  • Postpartum return to fitness (with a focus on diastasis recti healing and pelvic floor health)
  • Maintaining independence in older adults through functional strength, mobility, and balance

(*Once cleared by physician. This is not a substitute for physical therapy or medicaly supervised rehabilitation programs, but rather bridging the gap between post-physical therapy and return to or start of a regular exercise program.)

My Training Philosophy & Approach:

Regular physical activity can be life changing. However, I fully recognize how intimidating and confusing the fitness and health industry can be for so many, and that there can sometimes be shame and embarrassment tied to how our bodies feel and perform. Therefore, my approach as a fitness professional is to:

  • Meet clients where they are physically and emotionally on their fitness journey.
  • Guide and encourage clients with patience and positivity so they can reach their goals on a realistic, attainable timeline without feeling overwhelmed.
  • Empower clients with knowledge to confidently carry them through a lifelong relationship with exercise.
  • Help clients realize they are capable of so much more than they imagined…all while realizing movement can be FUN!
